This is a great area for us, as we currently use one of the rooms as a Studio/Office and my husband oftens plays his guitars down there with no fear of disturbing the neighbours, and I use the other area to while away the hours making pottery.

In the Basement there is a fully equipped kitchen which both of us find handy when we are down there with DIY projects and/or pottery

In the Basement, there is also a walk in shower, low level W.C. and wash hand basin. This is great for us or for anyone who comes in via the garage after a long walk with the dog in the mud and rain, or perhaps after exercising your horse and you have been to the stables etc. Keeps all the dirt out of the house, and then you can pop upstairs, nice and clean!
You can of course also use this when you have been in the office most of the day or as your en-suite to the larger room which could be the 4th double bedroom.
